Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or washed tote bags
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
